One Problem That Makes It Useless

Do you want your watermark to be in the same position on every photo? If you do, do not buy this app.

The batch processing mode does not position the watermark based on the bounds of each image; it positions the watermark based on the highest and widest bounds of all of the images combined. For example, if you import two photos, one that was taken in landscape and one that was taken in portrait, if you try to position the watermark on the bottom right corner of the landscape image, when you go over to the portrait image the watermark will not even be on the picture; it will be far out to the right. If you then reposition it and move it into the corner of the portrait image, it will end up almost in the center of the landscape one.

This is absolutely horrendous in terms of functionality and usability. Who has ever positioned watermarks this way? Pretty much anyone who has ever put watermarks on an image wants to do so in the same location relative to each photo’s dimensions / bounds. I have no idea why the developers decided to do this this way and did not code the app to position the watermarks after finding the dimensions for each individual image, and then applying the user’s settings to each image.

Just don’t buy this. The stupidity of this app is so infuriating that I’m getting angrier during the process of typing up how stupid it is. Buy something else that works in coordination with reality.
