Aweful!

I did not like this and I want a refund. I did a batch on photos more than 6 times and it would move the watermark on over half of them. This is not professional quality. I went to give a customer their photos and half of the watermark was across the picture. This is ridiculous. I want a refund now. No one will give me a call and no one will write me back. I want to know how to get a refund immediately.
